Ethiopia is a melting pot of various nations and nationalities with a multitude of cultures and languages. Our diversity has been our strength. However, in recent years, people from specific ethnicities have been stigmatized/mistreated in the workplace, institutions etc. In this case, injustice means when a person is solely judged based on their ethnical origin and not their true identity/character. Innocent people are paying for the sinful actions of others just because they belong to a specific ethnical group. So this is what inspired me to create the photography piece.
